Audience measurement, only with your consent

If you click “Count me in”, the site loads Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). Its cookies (_ga and _ga_…, 13 months at most) count visits: pages read, where visitors come from, device and country, and whether the contact form is sent. The statistics are kept for 14 months. No advertising, no targeting, no reselling, and Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.

Legal basis: your consent. Google may process this data in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded and nothing is sent.

Your choice is kept for six months in your browser (local storage, no cookie). You can change it at any time: Change my choice.

Third-party services

Fonts, images and animations are hosted on the site itself. Two Google services are involved: Google Analytics, only if you accept, and sending the contact form (see below).

The “Pause” button remembers your choice in your browser (local storage), without a cookie and without sending anything.

The contact form

When you write to me through the form, I receive your name, your brand if you give it, your email or your phone number, your project and any details you add.

This data is used only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. It is not sold or used for anything else.

Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps you ask for, or my legitimate interest in replying to the messages I receive.

Recipient: Google, as a processor, via Google Workspace (email and spreadsheet).

Retention period: two years after our last exchange.

Hosting

The site is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., United States). Like any host, GitHub may keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for the security of the service.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, erase it or receive it in a portable format, and you can object to its processing: write to me through the Contact page.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
